If you like your coffee black, drink it straight - just add a tablespoon to a cup of hot water and stir well. Need a little cream and sugar, add a bit of non dairy milk (oat milk has become the favorite for us) and some agave or date syrup, or even a bit of pure maple syrup for even more of a breakfast-y flavor.

Don't like hot drinks? No problem, add a tablespoon to your favorite smoothie and soak in all those medicinal benefits without the taste.
